Challenge
In various Greek Federal States (e.g. Larissa, Chalkida, Thessaloniki) SWARCO implemented new public transport systems for our major customer Infotrip S.A. Since the 1980s not only Greece’s public transport system but also the road and railway network as well as the metro system have been significantly modernised and expanded. SWARCO’s challenge for this project was to connect the new suburbs of many Greek cities with modern means of public transport.

To meet the requirements of the tenders, SWARCO implemented the following products and services (including ongoing support):
